Initial In-Home Consultation
This initial meeting is an in-home meeting to discuss the features of your home that need remodeling and design services. This meeting will address budgeting, scheduling, and expectations. We will also provide an in-depth plan of our design and remodel process to make sure it is a good fit for your family and schedule.

Design & Space Planning
We will measure and draw the as-is version of your space digitally, and then build on that with proposed plans. This provides an opportunity to discuss features you would like to see in your home. A 3D walk-through and rendering will help you to visualize your new space. Traffic patterns, furniture placement, spacing, and materials are essential to understanding how a space will function. This also provides a "road map" for estimating and budgeting.

Budgeting & Estimating
Based on the design, this is when we will estimate the cost of the remodel. We give detailed estimates during these meetings and discuss all options. We also plan schedules for the remodel, which makes it easier for you to live in the home, if necessary, during the process. If you've been through a hurricane or storm, or simply have a home that needs updating, we can help.

Scheduling & Construction
There will be a timeline for all materials, and all phases of construction so that demolition and construction is done in a timely and efficient manner. We pride ourselves on a clean work environment and understand the need to respect the space that you live in.
