This family of 8 originally wanted to expand the footprint of the home by moving exterior walls. No need to do such a costly project when we can capture more space WITHIN the existing footprint. By opening up the dining room to the kitchen and reorganizing the space, we added usable square footage. We captured the space from a closet and joined it with another to create a huge walk-in pantry. The upstairs gained a full bathroom ensuite guest area, and the master bathroom and closet were completely reconfigured. There is even a hidden doorway where Mom can now hide her Christmas gifts! Custom touches like that make homes that much more liveable.
