Paint selection can be tricky, and we can help.  Undertones and hues and saturation levels will be considered and discussed in this in-home consultation.  We will bring our entire color selection set and will work with the items in your home to come up with the perfect plan.  This plan covers up to 4 colors.  $50/additional color.

Flooring stores and showrooms can be overwhelming with all of the selections available.  In this 1-2 hour consult we will select materials for your project.  This takes all the guess work out of putting a truly beautiful material palette together.  This can include paint, flooring, cabinets, countertops, splash, etc.  $70 per additional hour, only if needed.  You'll receive tile drawings and a list of all materials.

Considering a remodel but are concerned with how to lay out the new space?  We will measure your existing  space, and draw conceptual plans with different layout options.  The not only provides a road map for the contractors and trades, but allows you to visually and virtually walk through the space before hammers start swinging. 

This package provides a master plan for a whole house remodel.  This provides a road map for the contractor and homeowner that allows you to see the entire home and it's possibilities.  It will include an as-is plan, a demo plan and conceptual plans.  This also provides the contractor with a way to truly estimate costs, and minimize surprises. Under 2000 sf included, $additional $300 per additional 500 sf. 

Get an expert's set of eyes to review your existing set of construction plans.  Maybe your concerned with the layout, or how furniture will be placed in the room.  Perhaps you don't' feel like the drafter is listening to your ideas.  In this consultation, we will review your plans for a 1 hour consultation, and provide and ideas, advice and feedback on what to change, and what to keep.
